Before Use

Equipment Inspection: Before starting, carefully inspect the hydraulic reel stand for any visible damage, loose parts or oil leaks. Make sure the hydraulic system is functioning properly.

Select a stable work area: Position the stand on firm, level ground to ensure stability during operation. Avoid soft or uneven ground that could cause imbalance.

Select the right model: Verify that the load capacity and size of the hydraulic reel stand match the weight and diameter of the cable reel to be lifted.

Install the Hydraulic Reel Stand

Place the stands: Position two hydraulic stands on either side of the cable reel mounting location, making sure they are aligned and properly spaced according to the reel width.

Insert the shaft/spindle: Insert the support shaft through the center hole of the cable reel. Make sure the shaft is properly centered to maintain balance.

Raising the cable reel
