Using Guide for MARSHINE Galvanized Steel Shackle
When you need to start a operations, please check your MARSHINEGalvanized Steel Heavy-duty High Strength Shackle body and the pin for cracks, deformation, or excessive wear, and ensure the working load limit (WLL) of the shackle meets or exceeds the load requirement. Do not forget to verify that the pin threads are clean and free from the damage. Then you can open the shackle by unscrewing or removing the pin, and insert the shackle through the lifting sling, rope eye, or chain link, and then reinsert the pin and tighten it securely by hand.
