China Cable Drum Stand Manufacturer, Supplier, Factory

Field crews rarely have the luxury of easy access, flat ground, or unlimited manpower. In tower work, utility vaults, cable pulling, and wind maintenance, every kilogram of rigging gear affects fatigue, setup time, and safety margins. A well-specified lightweight chain hoist can cut dead weight by 30% to 50% versus standard steel units while still delivering controlled lifting and secure load holding. This guide explains how to compare capacity, materials, brake systems, standards, inspection needs, and supplier credentials so crews can choose a hoist that is portable enough for the job site and strong enough for the lift.

This article is to help you know what is our MARSHINE Endless Wire Rope Pulling Winch Machine. With this article, we will introduce you more clearly about this electric winch machine, and let you know more about why you should choose this machine as your partner. And if you are interested in it, please contact us, we were looking forward to our cooperations.

First, place the crimp connector on the wire or pipe sleeve, be sure the die surface is concentric with the terminal profile. The MRSHINE 100T Hydraulic Crimping Tool is designed for crimping loads up to 100 tons and can be used for aluminum wires ranging from 14 mm²to 76 mm²and copper wires up to 36 mm². Attach the crimp connector to the corresponding double-acting hydraulic pump with a pressure hose having a quick-connect fitting, and make sure the output power of the pump is appropriated. You can slowly increase pressure until the piston starts to compress the CHF, with a stroke of 24 mm the piston rod should move fully and evenly to carry out the crimp on the MRSHINE 100T Hydraulic Crimping Tool.

A Diesel Cable Winch is a powerful mechanical device widely used in industries such as power line construction, telecommunications infrastructure, and large-scale engineering projects. Compared with electric or manual winches, diesel-powered models provide stronger pulling force, higher mobility, and excellent reliability in remote environments.

The Portable Capstan Winch AC-2500 Electric Cable Puller from MARSHINE is designed for efficient cable pulling in power, telecommunications, fiber-optic, tunnel, indoor, and other installation projects. With a maximum pulling capacity of 2,500 kg, support for ropes up to 400 m and a 220 V/380 V power option, it combines portability, controlled operation, and safety features for demanding cable installation environments.

Heavy line pulling exposes crews to snapback, overloads, unstable equipment, and fatigue, especially in utility, telecom, forestry, and recovery work. A PTO cable winch reduces those risks by using a truck or tractor’s power take-off to deliver steady mechanical pulling force instead of relying on overheated electric motors or separate engines. This introduction explains why that direct power connection matters for safer load control, longer duty cycles, and more predictable tension under demanding conditions. It also sets up the key safety factors to consider, from operator positioning and equipment sizing to jobsite stability and maintenance practices.
